Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 Medjool date

  • 70 g frozen raspberries or blueberries

  • 70g frozen mango

  • 20 g peeled hemp seeds

  • 200 g plant-based milk

Instructions:

Blend everything together and enjoy!

Orange Carrot-Pineapple Juice

Ingredients: (for 1.5 litres of juice)

  • 1 kg carrots

  • 2 middle size green apples

  • 2 middle size red apples

  • 1/2 pineapple

  • 1 piece of fresh jinger (approx. 5 cm long)

Instructions:

Remove the peel from the pineapple with a sharp knife. Cut of the ends of the carrots.

You dont need to peel the jinger, apples or carrots, since most of the vitamins are in the peel!

Depending on what juicer you're using, cut up the carrots, apples, pineapple and jinger in suitable pieces to put into the juicer. Juice all the veggies/ fruits (carrots first, because the pulp can be used seperately after juicing!) and fill the juice into a big glass jar.

The carrot pulp can be used for making the Carrot-Almond Bread, Veggie-Pancakes or the Keto Carrot Cake. Otherwise you can compost the leftover pulp in the garden.

Orange Carrot-Pineapple Juice

Green Cucumber-Apple Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 long cucumbers

  • 2 middle size zucchini

  • 2 middle size green apples

  • 2 middle size red apples

  • 1/2 pineapple

  • 1 piece of ginger (approx. 5 cm long)

Instructions:

Cut off the ends of the cucumbers, zucchini. Don't peel the cucumbers, apples and zucchini.  Peel the pineapple. Cut all the veggies/ fruits in suitable size pieces for your juicer and juice all your ingredients! Enjoy!

Green Cucumber-Apple Juice

Green Smoothie

Ingredients: (for 2 smoothies)

  • 1 mango or 1/2 mango and 1/2 banana

  • 1 slice of fresh pineapple or 1 small peeled apple

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 handful beetroot greens or other leafy greens like spinach

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or linseed oil

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup soda water

  • optional: 1 tsp honey

Instructions:

Cut up all the fruits and veggies and put them into a mixer. Add water, lemon juice, seeds and honey.

Mix until everything is well combined and there are no pieces left. Put the smoothie in the fridge and enjoy it cold, topped with a few fresh strawberries!
